A Portrait of Us All (1979)

Updated: Mar 10

A Portrait of Us All is the second studio album by the Christian music husband and wife duo Farrell and Farrell, released in late 1979 on NewPax Records. The title of the album is taken from the track "Fallen." It contains another signature song and hit "Boundless Love" and a song called "Jailhouse Rock" (not to be confused with the Elvis Presley song of the same name). This song is based on Acts 16: 16-34. The song "All I Need" became another Top 5 hit peaking at number 3 on the Christian AC/CHR chart. Amy Grant provided backing vocals on the track. A Portrait of Us All is produced by Brown Bannister and in 1981, debuted and peaked at number 10 on the Billboard Top Inspirational Albums chart (later renamed Top Christian Albums). This album has never been released on CD and is out of print. A YouTube link to listen to the album is posted below this article.
