All That Matters is the 14th release and 3rd album by Dallas Holm & Praise, released on August 22, 1979 by Greentree/Benson Records. It was produced by Phil Johnson. It's the third release Holm made with his band Praise featuring the radio singles "A Broken Heart" and the title track. The album (along with their 1977 live release Live) made its first appearance in Billboard magazine's inaugural Top Inspirational Albums (later renamed Top Christian Albums) chart in March 1980 and debuted and peaked at number 13. In 1980, Holm won Male Vocalist of the Year and All That Matters was named Pop/Contemporary Album of the Year which he shared with Praise at the 11th GMA Dove Awards. This is the first album without vocalist and songwriter LaDonna Johnson. All That Matters is not available on CD is not available digitally.
