Attitude is the third studio album by Christian singer - songwriter Kenny Marks, released in the fall of 1985 on DaySpring/Word Records.
For Marks' third release, he switched Word labels leaving Myrrh for DaySpring and working with a new producer Bubba Smith. Attitude is a pop/rock album definitely aiming for a teen/young adult audience. Marks continues the story of Johnny and Jeannie where they meet at a party and get together for a one night stand in the back seat of Johnny's car and Jennie gets pregnant in the signature track "The Party's Over." It is one of the early Christian songs that talk about pre-marital sex. A music video was made for the track. Other tracks were hits on Christian radio including "Soul Reviver" and "Friends" (not to be confused with
Michael W. Smith's "Friends").
The track "Friends" features backing vocals by more than 50 plus vocalists in the CCM music industry and some of Marks' friends including Kim Boyce.
