Back to Who I Am (1989)


Back to Who I Am is the fifth studio album by Christian singer - songwriter Paul Smith. Released in 1989, it is Smith's final album on the DaySpring label on Word Records after being on the label for nearly a decade as a member of The Imperials and as a solo artist. The album is produced by Jonathan David Brown who is best known for producing albums for Twila Paris and Petra. Back to Who I Am produced four Top Ten singles on the Christian radio charts with the title song, "It's Alright," "Bigger Than Life" and "Beat of a Different Heart."
