Face of Mercy is the 27th release and 23rd studio album by Christian singer - songwriter Dallas Holm, released in the winter of 1995 and his final album on the Benson Records label. The album was produced by Bill Baumgart.
Holm has hit a milestone with this release as he has entered his 25th year as an artist at the age of 45 and in the CD liner notes, Holm stated that Face of Mercy was his 30th recording overall counting his collaboration albums, his albums with Praise, his solo albums and live and compilation releases. It is also Holm's 3rd Benson album of the 1990s. "Strength" and "We've Got It Made" were Holm's final radio singles on Christian radio both making the Top 40 on the Christian AC chart. Holm only wrote half the album with the other half written by musicians and songwriters like Billy Sprague, Billy Simon, Jeff Silvey, Regie Hamm and Rhonda Gunn, who wrote and performs a duet with Holm on the track "When We Worship Him." Face of Mercy did not chart on the Billboard Top Christian Albums.
