Face the Music (1988)


Face the Music is the sixth studio album by the Christian rock band Mylon LeFevre & Broken Heart. It is the first of three albums released on the Star Song label in 1988. Starting with this album, the band shortened their name to just Mylon & Broken Heart. It was another successful album with 8 out of the 9 songs released as singles to both Christian AC/CHR and Christian Rock radio and charting. Face the Music peaked at number 3 (their highest charting album to date) on the Billboard Top Christian Albums chart. The band won the first inaugural Dove Award for Rock Recorded Song of the Year for the track "Won by One" given to the band and its songwriters.
