Love's Still Changing Hearts is the 33rd studio album by the Christian music vocal group The Imperials. It is their first album on Star Song Records after being on the Word labels DaySpring and Myrrh for more than 10 years. The album is produced by Morris "Butch" Stewart, taking the group's sound to an R&B/pop direction while still retaining some of the adult contemporary sound of their previous album Free the Fire.
This is the only album to feature vocalist David Robertson, as he joins long-time members Armond Morales and David Will, replacing Jimmie Lee Sloas. This is also Ron Hemby's final appearance on Love's Still Changing Hearts as both Robertson and Hemby were replaced at the time by new tenor leads Jonathan Pierce (Hildreth) and Jason Beddoe.
Beddoe replaced Hemby but he left the group but Pierce would stay on to record their next album. Former member Sloas co-wrote the track "Goin' Away." The album's final track is a near-9 minute medley of six of The Imperials' best beloved songs and a cover of "Gospel Ship" called "Platinum Medley." Love's Still Changing Hearts peaked at number 3 on the Billboard Top Christian Albums chart. Seven singles were released between the AC and CHR formats, one song more than the singles that were released on their 1987 album This Year's Model.
