Rock Solid: Absolutely Live is the second live album by the Christian rock duo DeGarmo & Key, released on June 15, 1988 by Power Discs/Benson Records. The duo produced the album with John Hampton. Starting with this album going forward, their ForeFront Communications imprint is added. ForeFront Records was born, which will result in the folding of the Power Discs label.
Released just seven months after their 1987 album D&K, D&K released their second live album (their first live album since 1982's double live LP No Turning Back) capturing the band performing their familiar hits and favorites. They have also released a companion video on VHS entitled Rock Solid: The Rock-u-mentary! featuring the same track listing, with the exception of a couple of extra tracks not found on the live CD, plus actor Jim J. Bullock as Worthington the Reporter trying to get a story and interview with the duo as comic relief.
Rock Solid peaked at number 28 on the Billboard Top Christian Albums chart. In 1989, D&K was nominated for two Dove Awards for Rock Album of the Year and Short Form Music Video of the Year for the live track of "Rock Solid." Rock Solid was reissued on CD in 1992 by ForeFront Records.
