The Best of Anointed is a compilation album of the Christian R&B/gospel duo Anointed, released on September 23, 2003 by Word/Curb/Warner Bros Records. It is a collection of 12 of Anointed's best-known songs and album cuts focusing on their commercial album periods from 1995 up to 2001. There are no songs from their debut album Spiritual Love Affair represented, although the title track from their 1993 album and "One Fine Day" from their previous album If We Pray were originally going to be added to this collection. But once the album and final track listings were released, the two tracks were not added.
