The Father Hath Provided is the eighth studio album by Christian gospel singer Larnelle Harris, released in 1987 on Benson Records. The album is produced by Greg Nelson. The title song "The Father Hath Provided Again" became a hit on the inspirational chart climbing to number one, as well as a Top 20 hit on the Christian AC chart. Christian music vocal trio First Call provides backing vocals on the song "Greater Still." The album's final track "Seekers of Your Heart" is sung in trio form with Harris and fellow inspirational singers Sandi Patty and Steve Green.
The Father Hath Provided peaked at number six on the Billboard Top Christian Albums chart. In 1988, Harris won his fourth Grammy Award for Best Gospel Performance, Male for the album at the 30th Grammy Awards and won three Dove Awards for Male Vocalist of the Year, Songwriter of the Year and Inspirational Album of the Year at the 19th GMA Dove Awards.
