Under the Waterfall is the third studio album by Christian singer - songwriter Cindy Morgan, released in the spring of 1995 by Word Records. The album was produced by Mark Hammond.
The title of the album is taken from the track "Sweet Days of Grace." It is one of the first seven tracks on the album in which its theme is about the sweet embrace of God. Tracks 8 -11's theme is about the pathway of pain and tracks 12 and 13 are on love's refrain. Those three themes make up Under the Waterfall. The gospel-themed lead single and music video "I'll Stand" features CCM recording artist -songwriter Michael W. Smith on the piano.
The album's overall sound is more adult contemporary but still has some of the upbeat pop/R&B sound from her previous releases. Even though she had songs on the Christian CHR chart, Christian AC started to embrace this album, particularly on the songs "Reaching With His Love" and "I Know You." Under the Waterfall climbed up to number 22 on the Billboard Top Christian Albums chart.
In 1996, Morgan was nominated for a Dove Award for Female Vocalist of the Year.
